AYC - our paradise for 30 years!
We are a family living in Austria, Europe. We fell in love with this place more than 30 years ago and we have spent and still enjoy every minute possible in AYC.
Our rental condo is a 2nd floor unit (separate entrance), has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished representing European living style combined with American taste.
AYC is a very social and active community offering tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, fishing pier (hurricane repairs to be finished soon) and numerous social activities in the clubhouse and around the pool. "Snowbirds" love this place as their winter nest and sunshine and golf afficionados enjoy the Southwest Florida lifestyle. AYC is the place to be!

The Area
Our paradise is located on the northern side of the Caloosahatchee (= River of the Caloosa Indians). It is easy to reach via I-75, exit 143 or via US41 (Tamiami Trail). National and international flights come into Southwest Florida International Airport (21 miles).
The Fort Myers and Naples Area offers a wide range of "Things To Do". The beautiful beaches within a short drive wait with white sand, blue water and relaxation.
Southwest Florida is perfect for golfers!
84 golf courses in the Fort Myers Area provide for perfect golf entertainment.
Downtown Fort Myers offers history, beauty, food entertainment, culture and fun.
The AYC community is very active in social events and sports. And - as we only have great people - it is very easy to make friends.
And numerous stores and malls make sure that you do not take too much money home.
